Q51. Mieshia: What are three words that represent your approach to parenting and why?
Me: “Push, not Pull” is a phrase I often use to describe my approach as a parent. What do I mean by that? I will give you guys all the support in life that's needed, as long as I feel I am helping you progress in whatever life path you have chosen. I will never pull you in a particular direction. I want you to aggressively pursue your interests. I am the coach and cheerleader. You are the players and you must execute all of the plays to the best of your God-given abilities.
